Alternative Dispute Resolution - Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the process of resolving legal conflicts without going to trial. Lewis, Brackin, Flowers & Johnson is in the forefront of this area, advising clients on arbitration, international dispute resolution and mediation. D. Taylor Flowers is a well-known regional mediator and handles litigation and ADR of all matters, particularly multiparty and complex litigation. He has extensive expertise in determining when a form of ADR is in the best interest of clients and meets their needs better than traditional litigation. He has substantial experience and training in ADR and routinely advises his clients on the legal consequences flowing from particular terms and conditions of all ADR options. Mr. Flowers is registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator roster.

Brackin is the attorney who practices in this area, and a large portion of the work he does involves representing numerous banks as creditors seeking to secure collateral for outstanding debts.
